Outshout at the Manilart 10 Gala
Thanks to the National Commission on Culture and the Arts (NCCA) and the organizers of ManilArt, Atty. Trixie Cruz-Angeles got tickets to the exclusive gala that opens the exhibit. NCCA is the Outshout partner in the Constitutional Roadshow Exhibit which starts this year.
